Our Target

Since the day we started our journey, the differences among our employees have helped us to work fluently beyond borders, cultures, and practices. The diversity in our organization reflects our commitment to discovering various perspectives in development of a culture based on respect and cohesion by offering the best possible solutions to our customers.

Our targets are aimed at the areas we think we can have the most impact. Therefore, we base our Corporate Social Responsibility («CSR») activities on three principles that are separate but always feed each other.

Sustainability

The goals of our mission are to create an environment that supports volunteering and provides our workmates with opportunities through sponsorship activities, and to use our legal knowledge and our passion to improve the fundamental rights of and the opportunities for the disadvantaged and vulnerable groups by giving priority to the benefit of society.

Within the bounds of our means, our interpreters and translators are volunteering for numerous services ranging from protection of vulnerable groups to assisting non-governmental organizations and disadvantaged groups. Additionally, we cooperate with our customers and social responsibility organizations that support justice and legal awareness in our society.

Diversity and Inclusion constitute our integral part. Thanks to the diversity of our employees, we are able to work fluently across different nations, cultures, and fields. We believe that the more different cultures and perspectives the companies host, the more successful they become.

Our diversity mirrors our commitment to reviewing various perspectives to create the best solutions for our customers and for the purpose of creating a respectful and inclusive culture. We believe that diversity and inclusion create a positive workplace environment; this approach brings creativity in its wake, supports different perspectives, and helps us to provide our customers, their circles, and our circles with better returns.

We know the importance of environmental sustainability for our country, our employees, and our customers. We try to make contributions to sustainability with not only our translation applications on environment and climatic change but also with our efforts to monitor and reduce the environmental impacts and risks of our activities. While working, we take care to reduce our consumption of energy and natural resources, and to reuse and recycle.
