And the rest is information open to public such as books, journals and web sites. Therefore, the contents of our translations are kept confidential between our company and customers. We formalize our commitment on this issue by signing a Confidentiality Agreement. With this agreement, we guarantee that we won’t share the contents of the translation and customer information with 3rd parties without the permission of the customer, except for force majeure, and that this information will be protected with the highest possible security and confidentiality standards.
